We assess, challenge and refine. We do not follow.
Most technical advice arrives attached to something: a product, a contract, a preferred vendor, a plan that is already half built. Ours does not. SOTEK works as independent oversight. We look at what is really there, question the plan, including the parts everyone has already agreed on, and refine it until it holds up.
Sometimes that means designing and building the thing ourselves. Sometimes it means telling you, politely and plainly, that the expensive option is not the right one. Either way, the work is measured against one question: is it right?

Thirty years of seeing how things fail.
SOTEK’s owner brings more than thirty years of experience: managing enterprise systems at scale, across more than 300,000 endpoints; commercial software development; and infrastructure across medical, studio and corporate environments.
Experience at that scale changes the questions you ask. You stop asking whether something works and start asking how it fails, who notices, and what it costs when it does.
